The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capability to lead key initiatives within the sales domain.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can balance project delivery, process analysis, and optimisation; ensuring smooth execution and optimisation in a complex environment.
Key activities include: Business Analysis: Analysing and documenting current and future-state business process and workflows, including running workshops and interviews with critical stakeholders.
Project Management: Leading project management activities within the sales business, including business case development, budget oversight, project planning and scheduling, stakeholder management, status reporting, risk and issues management.
Governance & Risk Management: establishing governance frameworks for sales projects and provide clear updates on financials, risks, and dependencies.
Process Optimisation: Conducting process and scenario analysis using Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with C-level executives, business leaders and operational teams across the sales, enterprise transformation delivery and IT business.
Salesforce Expertise: Support Salesforce optimisation initiatives across technical and business teams, including business case development.
To Be Successful The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager with strong business analysis capability and a track record of sales business transformation.
Key to success will be demonstrating the following: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Six Sigma (highly desirable).
Hybrid capability across project management and business analysis.
Proven ability to manage projects effectively from business case through to benefits realised.
Strong sales and Salesforce domain knowledge, including a track record of process and system optimisation.
You will be highly adaptable and skilled in delivering complex, enterprise transformation projects.
Experience leading process analysis leveraging Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience integrating Salesforce solutions across business and IT functions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Detail orientation, self-motivation and the ability to work and lead collaboratively.
