What you will be doing:
* Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources, including learning and development, communications, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, workforce planning and change management.
* Identifying areas of long-term strategic development within the human resources environment.
* Providing interpretation and counsel to executive and senior leaders regarding policies, programs and practices.
* Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic business issues.
* Developing and implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and executive and senior leaders' needs.
