They will be responsible for providing exceptional student services, arranging classrooms, managing office supplies, and performing general administration duties.This role is ideal for a self-motivated, friendly, and professional individual looking for a new challenge. As a multi-tasker with proficiency in computer skills and experience working in administration and student service areas, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.Main Responsibilities:Answering all incoming calls and attending to walk-in and phone inquiriesProviding assistance to newly arrived international studentsMaintaining stationary, office, and academic stockManaging orientation sessions for new studentsProviding a point of contact for students, agents, and other stakeholdersEntering students' information into the Student Management System (aXcelerate)Management and coordination of meeting rooms and classroomsAssisting with events/meetings as requiredLiaising with cleaners and building management regarding any issues/concernsSupporting the Academic Manager and Student Service ManagerKey Selection Criteria:Experience working in an international college is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in written and spoken English is essentialWhat We Offer:We provide competitive remuneration, a professional and friendly working environment, and modern facilities.The role is full-time, but a part-time position can also be negotiated.
