We're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our ACT/SNSW Buildings & Energy Team.

This is a career growth opportunity that will offer phenomenal variety in project scope, working alongside an energetic and high-performing team, and will see you involved in: Structural design of buildings and infrastructure including inspections, assessments, and reporting.
Work collaboratively with Architects, project managers, building services, and civil engineers in multidisciplinary teams delivering iconic projects.
Working as part of a team on projects from conception, through to final design and construction surveillance.
Project management and leading teams or supporting a team leader to ensure successful project delivery.
Work on exciting projects spanning the globe for a variety of clients including government agencies.
Ongoing training and career development opportunities with a practice spanning 5 continents.

What you will bring to the team: A relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
Membership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and NER registration is desirable.
8-12 years' industry experience as a Structural Engineer.
Experience in the Australian consulting environment.
A passion for analysis, design, and documentation.
Strong communication skills both oral and written (including technical report writing).
A desire to continue learning and share knowledge, skills, and experience through professional development.
Excellent time and priority management skills.
Ability to mentor junior Engineers, subject to experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Building Code and Standards.
Experience utilising a broad range of skills across various types of buildings and materials within the Australian consulting environment would be beneficial.
Applicants with Australian Security Baseline Clearance or ability and willingness to obtain will be highly desirable.
