About your new Role
You will play a critical role in the analysis and structuring of real estate transactions across both credit and equity.
Your understanding of capital structures and financial modelling will be vital, as well as working closely with the team to review, analyse and structure investment opportunities and assist in the presentation of these to the Investment Committee.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of real estate acquisitions and development projects.
Conduct in-depth analysis of property cash flows, operating expenses, and market trends to assess investment risk and return.
Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to evaluate the impact of various assumptions on project profitability.
Create detailed financial projections, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, internal rate of return (IRR) calculations, and net present value (NPV) assessments.
Prepare detailed market reports and presentations for the Institutional team.
Attend sponsor and investor meetings About you
With a passion for real estate and numbers you will have the following experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in structured finance, real estate finance, or investment banking.
Proven track record of successfully structuring and executing complex real estate transactions.
Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, including debt and equity financing.
Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
