With a patient-centred approach, you'll deliver exceptional care that addresses the whole patient and actively involves them in their treatment process. As part of a collaborative and supportive team of nurses, you'll work closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team, all under the guidance of the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM). This position requires flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and orientation, along with continuous support from a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to ensure you thrive in your new role. What we are looking for: You’ll hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience. You’ll ideally bring 1 year of experience working in a Cardiology/Cardiothoracic setting. You’ll be passionate about continuing your learning and developing your skills. You’ll possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven experience in effectively communicating with patients, their families, and colleagues. You’ll have the flexibility to work across a rotating seven-day roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You’ll have full Australian working rights.
