You'll ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple sites. This role requires regular national and international travel to uphold CC Pines' standards, address resource gaps, and set projects up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and assess construction sites worldwide.Travel internationally to de-risk projects at critical stages.Ensure sites are established to CC Pines' standards for project success.Step in to lead site and administrative teams when required.Influence delivery methodologies, buildability of design, and scheduling for efficiency.Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust execution strategies.Oversee construction equipment, site performance, and resource allocation.Develop lookahead programs for seamless project planning.Stakeholder & Compliance ManagementRepresent CC Pines on-site and collaborate with senior leadership.Attend senior management meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with design, budget, and safety requirements.Conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.Oversee quality control and maintain HSEQ compliance.Leadership & High-Performance CultureLead, mentor, and support local site teams.Indirectly manage Construction Site Managers across multiple projects.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and high performance.Set clear expectations, coach teams, and promote a collaborative work environment.What We're Looking For:Experience: 10+ years in construction or site management.Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety.Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Procore).Licenses/Certifications: Construction White Card.Ready to Take the Next Step?
