Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with our internal HR team, you will be responsible for providing employee lifecycle support while assisting with initiatives that are focused on recruitment, performance management, training and development, process improvement, engagement and more. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders – providing guidance and counsel to manage process, conversations and outcomes. This will be a project based HR position on one of our iconic projects in South East Queensland. The project is located within the Scenic Rim region and is a part of the Gondwana Rainforests World Heritage Area. Due to location, McIlwain offers housing for those that would prefer to stay locally during the week as the works are run from Monday to Friday.
