Responsibilities:
Provide the client with contractually required business services. Assume responsibility for the tasks undertaken as an Onsite Consultant, representing Adecco professionally toward candidates, clients, and colleagues. Achieve business goals and maximize profit targets. Meet and exceed the needs of Amazon, associates, colleagues, and shareholders. About Us:

Financial Accountabilities:
Increase site profit by ensuring fill rates are maintained at the required level. Actively work to increase margin whenever possible in the onsite branch. Ensure compliance with WorkCover legislation and Adecco policy to minimize the financial impact of injuries. Collaborate with shared services departments to ensure sustainable business growth. Operations/Compliance Accountabilities:
Attend required training and operations meetings. Maintain data integrity and timeliness in all activities including sourcing and compliance. Complete all reporting and documentation requirements as requested. Accurately calculate rates for clients and associates. Ensure adherence to Adecco's policies and applicable legislation, including compliance in candidate processes. Perform payroll functions for the onsite branch as required. Achieve activity standards as required and directed. People Accountabilities:
Embrace teamwork within the site and overall Amazon Australia Team. Build strong relationships with Adecco colleagues and customer representatives. Continuously improve performance through training participation. Participate in team activities and meetings. Manage all start and end of shift activities. Handle daily absence management and replacements. Oversee onboarding activities and daily roster changes. Manage safety activities and injury/incident reporting. Quality Accountabilities:
Drive compliance and accountability across all areas. Collaborate with shared services functions to resolve quality issues. Promote continual improvement in data integrity and technology utilization. Other Accountabilities:
Qualifications and experience in the recruitment industry (preferred). Relevant service industry experience. Key Stakeholders:
