ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Programs Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing offender rehabilitation programs both in custody and within the community.
Your key responsibilities will include facilitating group sessions and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful reintegration of offenders into society.

A 4-year tertiary Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
Eligibility for registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers or Society of Professional Social Workers depending on discipline.
Applicants must hold a valid driver's licence and be prepared to work outside normal office hours.
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.
