YOUR Role as a Sales Coordinator involves supporting and organising the sales teams through effective administration, collaboration, and reporting. You will manage schedules, create daily audit reports, and maintain accurate CRM records. Additionally, you’ll handle enrolment and coursework queries, assist with onboarding new staff, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
YOUR Experience:
* Proven accuracy in report generation and data entry.
* Timely response to inquiries and leads.
* Consistent maintenance of office presentation and adherence to company standards.
* Efficient and precise task completion in accordance with company policies and regulations.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service orientation with effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Certificate IV in a relevant field preferred.
