Purely due to growth and business success, there is now an opportunity to join the team as a Senior Account Manager.
The Role
Working within a team of 5, reporting directly to the Sales Manager and Director of the business you, will be responsible for nurturing and growing key accounts.
Specifically you will:
1. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, delivering a high degree of service
2. Deliver on your service level arrangements ensuring a positive customer experience and repeat business
3. Identify project needs, facilitate and coordinate the service they require through the project lifecycle
4. Effectively networking - identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
5. Qualify, quote and close new sales opportunities
To be considered for interview, you will have:
6. Previous account management and client relationship experience
7. Demonstrated experience in reigniting and expanding existing accounts
8. An understanding of how government projects works and strong stakeholder management in similar processes
9. A natural interest and curiosity in technology
10. Problem solving abilities with strong interpersonal skills
11. A high attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication
12. Experience in servicing a client portfolio of Government and Defence customers is highly regarded
13. An understanding of products available from major IT brands will not go unnoticed
14. The ability to commit to monthly interstate travel – 1-2 days in length
