The Opportunity: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the NG Council Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the CEO's office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level, comprehensive support to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making and the broader objectives of the organisation. You will act as a central point of contact between the CEO, the Executive Team, leadership group, and key external stakeholders. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, handle complex tasks, and maintain confidentiality will be critical to the success of the role. In addition to traditional EA responsibilities such as calendar and travel management, you will be involved in coordinating organisational development programmes, supporting the preparation of board reports and presentations, and overseeing the logistics of key meetings and events. Your organisational skills will be essential in helping the leadership team stay aligned and on track with strategic objectives.
