About the role The Production Supervisor is a Full-time position, based at Wetherill Park, NSW for our Interior System site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be accountable for production performance and assisting with the production team on-site. In this role you will : Oversee & manage production activities to ensure expectations of safety and environmental performance, operational productivity, quality & customer service are being achieved. Develop & implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles for the production and operations teams. Develop and manage labour and production budgets while optimising labour on site. Implement the operator maintenance and inspection program to assist in achieving OEE (Operational Equipment Effectiveness) targets. Lead the Production team as part of a multifunctional site team with clear and open communication to ensure a collaborative and proactive approach. Champion a safety focus in pursuit of a zero-harm environment What you bring to the role A commitment to Health & Safety Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic experience with Microsoft Windows Experience as a Production Team Leader Experience in a production process or similar environment Familiarity with SAP is highly regarded An eye for detail and the ability to think analytically.
