They service the Toowoomba area and do outreach to Western Queensland communities. They provide services to private, NDIS and medicare clients, via mobile and in-clinic appointments. Position Description: Assessment and therapy for clients across the lifespan (90% paediatric & 10% adults) Management of caseload - Sole clinicians for outreach locations Communication with clients and client stakeholders (i.e parents, educators, - support coordinators) through phone calls, emails, session feedback forms etc. Reporting Client related administration tasks (i.e diary management, rebooking clients, therapy planning, progress notes). Presentation at inservice PD’s Participation in Day Dot community events e.g groups, information and educational Seminars, presentations at kindy’s/playgroups Participation in weekly supervision Requirements: Bachelor of Speech Pathology Speech Pathology Australia registration Blue Card and Yellow Card Drivers License After Hours Requirements: No Salary Information: $ 76,000 - $ 120,000 per annum.
