As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues on our platform. You will receive on-the-job training and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Manipulate data queries and use various tools to perform data analysis.
* Provide proactive technical support to customer service agents and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
* Engage with suppliers and gaming providers to follow up on issues and system enhancements.
* Adapt quickly to new tools and systems within a rapidly changing technological environment.
* Document all actions, troubleshooting steps, and decisions made during problem-solving.
* Contribute to the team's success by identifying areas of improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
