We are looking for an ERP, Salesforce & Technology Stack Systems Administrator who will play a critical role in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce and other systems for departments across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in user management, data integrity, reporting, and dashboard optimization, ensuring our team can leverage Salesforce to enhance efficiency and decision-making.Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:User Management & SecurityCreate and optimize custom reports and dashboardsIdentify reporting needs and provide data-driven insightsAssist in tracking key performance metrics and business trendsServe as the primary Salesforce resourceConduct training sessions and create documentation for usersProvide guidance on best practices and system utilizationAbout You:You will thrive in this role if you have a positive attitude to work and are willing to be trained.2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and data management best practices.Proficiency in report and dashboard creation, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder) and data management.Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a business environment (sales, operations, marketing, finance, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and ability to train and support non-technical users.Ability to work independently in a fractional, hybrid remote role with minimal supervision.Experience working with similar size or larger organizations.Familiarity with Salesforce concepts and interface and the AppExchange ecosystem.Basic understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience.Why Moddex?Our vision is to provide a trusted pathway in work & life.
