With the guidance of our Legal Executives and Team Leader, you will work with the firm's client base in a range of interesting tasks.Key Responsibilities:Preparing all necessary documentation to facilitate the transfer of the propertyCreating and completing matters on PEXALiaising with clients and providing regular, professional communication and updatesLiaising with all relevant partiesOrganizing settlements with all relevant partiesCalculating settlement figuresPreparing for settlement, mostly via Duties Online and PEXA.About youIf you think you fit the bill, we would love to hear from you.
