will:Architect and implement system design enhancements, translating user requirements into comprehensive specifications for documentation, development, testing, and support phases.Manage vendor relationships for Property MIS, overseeing upgrades and orchestrating integration with the City's application ecosystem and partner systems.Lead end-to-end development of user-focused solutions, from requirements gathering and functional design to implementation, leveraging both proprietary and third-party software tools.Foster cross-functional collaboration between business units and IT teams to establish, maintain, and evolve best practices for the Property MIS.We're looking for someone with:Tertiary qualification in business/IT or property management.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with a TRIRIGA System, preferably as a Systems Administrator.Experience in TRIRIGA application suite of modules including Capital Project, Real Estate & Leasing, Property Management, Space Management, Environmental management, and CAD integrator.Extensive functional knowledge and how best to implement needed changes including deploying core TRIRIGA functionality.Knowledge with the latest TRIRIGA Application Platform and can use the TRIRIGA Application Platform toolset to administer and customize the TRIRIGA application.Skills with using TRIRIGA tools for developing the User Experience (Form Layout, State Actions, Queries, Portal Sections).Experience with PowerBI development for the purpose of presenting business intelligence data derived from the Tririga Application Suite.This role has
