Job Description We seek to appoint a forward-thinking Regional Director of Commercial Technology Services, APAC to guide our organisation into the future by shaping customer & client facing solutions and innovations to accelerate growth across the Region. Our Regional Director of Commercial Technology Services, APAC, plays a critical senior leadership role across the Region and will partner closely with Colliers Technology and local Country teams. The role is responsible for establishing roadmaps that enhance commercial and customer-facing technology across all markets in partnership with business service lines. This role blends commercial acumen with technology and vendor management leadership whilst providing Colliers a competitive differentiation in the marketplace. This role will report to the Global Head of Commercial Technology Services and will partner closely with the APAC leadership groups, Colliers Technology and local teams. What are the key Responsibilities? Leadership: Support and guide the vision and leadership for Commercial Technology across the Region to enable innovation that will drive incremental revenue or cost savings for the Company. Help modernise Colliers Technology landscape and develop a regional roadmap that supports new commercial products for our fee earners, clients/customers. Identify emerging trends and technologies relevant to the real estate industry driving the implementation of innovative customer/client solutions. Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with Global, Regional and Country executive leadership to shape and execute the company's strategic roadmap. Lead the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. Participate in the overall IT strategic planning and annual budget process. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Service Line, Functional and Senior Stakeholders to understand their needs and align innovation, data, and strategy initiatives with organisational goals. Facilitate collaboration between technology, product, data, and strategy teams to drive integrated solutions. Risk Management and Compliance: Assess and mitigate risks associated with innovation, data, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, global technology standards and policies. Team Leadership and Development: A member of a high-performing team helping foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop talent within the commercial technology services, innovation, data, and strategy teams. Qualifications Bachelors degree is the minimum education requirement. Preferred educational requirements to perform the job: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or any other related field. CRE experience preferred but not essential. Experience with global platforms and support models. Experience with global governance policies and procedures. Experience with security and regulatory compliance. Experience with vendor relationships. Advanced knowledge of commercial technology solutions within and outside of the CRE industry. Advanced knowledge of the industry services, data, and competitors. Proven experience working with or leading product teams and Agile methodologies. Strong technical depth to provide appropriate guidance to development teams. Strong strategic thinking and vision with the ability to translate business goals into innovative and data-driven initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
