As a Lecturer (Psychology) and Manager, Research, you will: Conduct high-quality research, scholarship and creative activities generating high impact outputs, with mentorship. Communicate outputs, including as part of team. Build awareness of industry partners and participate in opportunities for research partnerships, including to support EMCRS. Ensure impact of academic activity in the field and the community, particularly in the areas in which Meli and Deakin serve. Support and potentially lead applications for funding for research and creative activities. Engage in translation activities supporting efforts relevant to the overarching goals of the Meli Deakin partnership. Support the training and scholarship of research students. To be successful, you’ll have: PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience. Emerging reputation in research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions and/or success in obtaining external research funding. Capacity to contribute to leadership of research and administration. Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching /supervision in UG and/or PG programs. (Desirable) Experience in a research institution or working within a research role within the community services or health environment.
