You will be part of the partnership team that drives value to our customers, merchant and strategic partners. The team’s purpose is to embed loyalty by creating success stories for CommBank Yello customers and partners through exceptional, exclusive, and personalized offers and experiences.
Do work that matters
Within the Yello Crew Partnerships squad, you will work on delivering high value partner offers to our customers through CommBank Yello that see a high activation rate and ultimately drive engagement across digital channels and net promoter advocacy across the Group.

We are expanding our portfolio, with an ambitious agenda of working with new merchant partners, further developing relationships with our existing merchant partners, and establishing new strategic partnerships that deliver value to our customers. This role will report to the Executive Manager- Partnerships.
Your core responsibilities are:
* Work with external strategic partners to deliver an ongoing pipeline of merchant offers that are available to CommBank Yello customers.
* Work with internal partners to identify and develop new partnerships that deliver symbiotic value.
* Identify ways to deliver incremental value to merchant partners across the lifecycle of offers.
* Optimise the merchant offers pipeline via regular analysis of results, customer feedback, experimentation, targeting approaches and industry trends.
* Work with a range of stakeholders to identify and implement Integrated promotional opportunities across the partnership space.
* Provide advice and act as a consultant for new initiatives that impact our offers ecosystem.
* Demonstrate leadership and direction when issues or incidents occur and support key stakeholders in maintaining the responsibility of the voice of the business
* Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
We are looking for people who have:
* Experience in managing partnerships, in particular merchant partner offers.
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
* Experience with effective planning and pipeline management.
* Experience in business development,
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, and experience in proactively and creatively utilising analytics to drive decision making and outcomes.
* Excellent PowerPoint skills as well as outstanding presentation skills.
* A keen knowledge of merchant partner offers and the various programs available today.
