responsible for working as part of our new Resources Hub team to the pursuit and delivery of key opportunities within the new energy and resources sector, including studies from our clients in new energy and resources and downstream delivery phases of studies and sustaining capital works.This senior role will work alongside Engineers, providing project delivery, design management and project management.The role will support the management of the section in terms of team development and growth, building design capability and growing the portfolio within Jacobs.The primary focus of the role will be to support studies from our clients in new energy and resources but may also cross over into downstream delivery phases.This appointment will focus on developing a Jacobs offering that leverages our existing multi-disciplinary capability providing a unique value proposition for our clients.Where gaps are identified in Jacobs existing offering you wall assist to articulate and recruit to fill these gaps.The role will work alongside Engineers, providing project delivery, design management and project management and will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.Here's what you'll need • Relevant Tertiary Engineering Degree (Professional Registration CPEng highly regarded) and demonstrated professional experience within the Resources Sector.• Robust knowledge of international and local engineering methods, applicable codes and specifications associated with resources projects.• Experience with various aspects of the planning, design and commissioning processes, construction methods and interface requirements of multi-disciplinary projects.• Solid knowledge of planning, study, detailed design, commissioning and close out resources and and/or new energy projects, with sound knowledge of current design standards • Familiar with the delivery methodology including initiation, development and delivery phases, the specific requirements and levels of accuracy as well as design maturity required at each delivery gate for resources and/or new energy clients.• Experience and demonstrated track record of successfully delivering studies for resources and/or new energy key clients.• Experience in delivering EPC and/or EPCM projects.(not essential but held in high regard) • A strategic and innovative mindset coupled with the ability to solve complex problems, using strong
