HR BUSINESS PARTNERLocation: Perth Apply nowWhat you can expectAs a strategic business partner, the Senior HRBP is responsible for managing and providing day-to-day HR services.
This includes efficiently handling the full employee cycle, including attraction, performance management, talent management, career development, and compensation and benefits, in alignment with local and group guidelines.What you will bringProvide support to the Regional / Sectoral - United/Local HR manager on all HR related aspects within the area of responsibility.Assess and anticipate HR related needs, communicate needs proactively within the HR department and business management.Provides day-to-day support and expert advice, guidance and recommendations to the local managers and the local management team on all operational and strategic HR issues.Building a strong network across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers in hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview, and selection & onboarding.
Strengthen internal mobility by connecting HR teams across regions to facilitate internal transfers.Facilitate Internal Mobility by ensuring seamless coordination between HR teams across regions to comply with internal transfer policies.
This includes securing consensus from both regions, involving Heads of Departments (HODs) and HR, to approve and execute internal transfers efficiently.Managing payroll outsourcing to a 3rd party.
Preferably with SAP Background.Comply and embrace all the HR processes in an efficient and thus cost-effective manner, this includes efficient data management, storage & analysis.Collaborate with management to identify development needs and ensure successful development and training of employees in coordination with Talent Management.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve our culture, and increase retention.Ensure full compliance with local law and where needed, international labor law legislation.
Consults with external/internal legal advisors as needed/required.Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
This includes conducting employee briefings, organizing workshops to provide HR updates, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.Conceptual Planning, design and coordination of specific talent programs (apprentices, trainees, etc.)
