Role Overview
As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in assisting our clients with their daily activities. We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule, including weekends, active overnights, and sleepovers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with Transfers: Help clients move in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when needed.
* Personal Care: Provide support with grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, and bladder and bowel management.
* Basic Medical Support: Administer basic wound care and assist with self-medication.
* Domestic Assistance: Prepare meals, perform light household duties, and manage laundry.
* Community Engagement: Drive clients to appointments and social events.

Requirements
* Certificate III Individual Support, or Equivalent
* Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
* Smartphone Device
* Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain
* Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module, or willingness to complete
* Flexibility to adhere to a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
