Working closely with the Executive Manager People & Culture and the wider Leadership team, you will ensure consistent compliance with Human Resources standards and Warrina Homes’ policies and procedures. In addition, this role oversees and implements all Human Resources functions to enable effective and efficient operations while supporting service excellence and a high performing culture.Key responsibilities of this role:Promote and maintain a positive workplace culture where employees are valued and acknowledged.Provide support and advice to ensure contemporary and sound Human Resources practices in all aspects of the business.Coordinate and oversee employee development, training, mentoring and coaching activities.Promote an inclusive and welcoming workplace where diversity is respected.Execute and oversee Human Resources functions (including recruitment, reward & recognition, attraction & retention, onboarding and offboarding, etc.) that are effective and align to good corporate governance.Execute and maintain performance management and disciplinary processes that are contemporary and compliant with Australian employment legislation.Perform and coordinate the Return-to-Work function for Warrina Homes.Provide input into employee communication, ensuring a positive and respectful approach.Conduct Human Resources analysis, audits and compile reports.Execute and implement change in consultation with employees and other stakeholders.Keep up to date with legislative changes and discuss potential impacts with the Line Manager.ABOUT YOUThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in making a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
