Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time At Medartis, excellence drives everything we do, with speed and agility as the cornerstones of our success.We're now seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager AU to lead our operational function and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our Australian business.About the Role:As Operations Manager AU, you will oversee our Warehouse, Customer Service, and Billings functions.Focused on driving efficiency and fostering collaboration across internal teams and external customers.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take the lead in optimising costs and processes, managing 3PL/4PL relationships, and enabling operational, strategic direction for sustained business success.What You'll Be Doing: Lead the team and manage all operational functions focused on strategic planning, supply chain and logistical efficiency from our office in Fortitude Valley.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflows that enhance internal and external customer satisfaction to drive business growth.Implement and monitor KPIs, operational plans and roadmaps for success.Partner with QARA to ensure continuous improvement and compliance across operations functions.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at our headquarters in Switzerland and elsewhere to enhance operational resilience and improve business performance.Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards and WHS regulations to ensure safe work practices. What We're Looking For: Relevant tertiary qualifications / extensive experience in operational, supply chain and warehouse management roles.Minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience in an Operations Manager role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Consumables or Medical Device sector.Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/ERP systems including SAP as well as ideally MyMediset.Exceptional business management skills including efficient cost management, contract negotiation, attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills.Proven ability to coach and develop teams, for performance and succession.A positive mindset, focused on customer satisfaction, agility and continuous improvement.A valid driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
