The Role
As a Legal Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Legal Support
* Assisting with matter management and document production.
* Formatting Word documents and ensuring alignment with company-approved styles.
* Reviewing audio transcriptions from the legal team.
General Administrative & Office Support
* Providing administrative support across the team, including senior management.
* Handling printing, scanning, filing, and other general office tasks.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
* Assisting with reception duties as required.
* Supporting the preparation of tender response submissions, pitch materials, and capability statements .
Events & Functions
* Assisting in the coordination of internal and external events .
* Participating in office-wide initiatives, including monthly training sessions, morning teas, and team-building activities.

The Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years’ Legal Assistant or administrative experience (legal experience is preferred but not essential).
* Experience supporting at least one Partner or senior stakeholder .
* Strong time management and organisational skills .
* Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
* A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to manage changing priorities .
* A team-oriented mindset, willing to step in and contribute wherever needed.
