2024 Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar
Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for an Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar to join our team in 2024.
The Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar will have the opportunity to consolidate clinical and technical skills across the spectrum of patient presentations and condition, together with didactic learning and research in cardiology. The Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar will provide support to Cardiology resident and other junior medical staff where required and rostered.
The Cardiology department has its own bed card and also provides a consultative service to other specialties as requested. The team consists of Cardiologists, Cardiac nurses, Cardiac technologists and Cardiac Sonographers, a Cardiology registrar and Basic Physician Trainee. The Cardiology department is responsible for patients in several departments including inpatient wards, emergency department, ICU/CCU in addition to Cath Lab and Cardiology outpatients.

We are looking for candidates with:
6. At least 3 years post-graduate experience
7. Demonstrated appropriate level experience and skills in cardiology assessment and clinical management of patients.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
