Responsibilities
Include:
1. Proactively sourcing new clients by establishing and maintaining your own referral networks and leveraging off developed marketing initiatives
2. Initiating and maintaining regular contact with existing clients
3. Identifying opportunities and meeting the Equipment Finance needs of existing clients
4. Developing effective partnerships with Relationship Managers and other key internal staff members
5. Responding and acting on the local environment an market opportunities
6. Building on our reputation for delivering first rate customer service and making it easier for our customers to do business with us.

What do I need?
We are looking for someone who has ideally developed experience within specialised, asset & equipment finance or a related role. You will experience managing & growing a portfolio of accounts & a core feature of your experience will be your strong credit & risk analysis skills.
In addition to the above you are an effectivemunicator with a genuine customer focus. You're a proactive team player and your ability to think strategically is valued by your team and customers alike. Yourmitment towards providing a personalised customer experience has been key to your success in the past and you inspire and motivate those who work with you. While a Business or Finance degree is desirable, we're just as interested in the experience you bring.
