Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support to internal or external employees/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Virtualisation, and backup technologies
* Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of issues
Requirements:
* Experience providing Level 2 technical support in an MSP environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Virtualisation, and backup technologies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
