Flexible HR Role with Variable Working Hours
About the Role
This is a casual position with variable working hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week. You will be part of a small HR team servicing clients in the Perth area.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the existing HR team with current workload across all areas of HR.
* Provide professional HR and IR advice to clients when required.
* Assist with creation of HR documentation in line with approved company formats.
* Attend client premises and assist with performance management as required.
* End-to-end recruitment duties including screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
* Assist clients with full range of HR requirements as required.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
* High level of HR and IR knowledge across all aspects of HR.
* Ability to work independently and provide professional service to clients.
* Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and other related legislation.
* Some knowledge of applicable State legislation and Awards.
* Ability to work as part of a small team and collaborate on tricky issues.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* High level of business acumen and ability to work efficiently.
* Suitable home office setup and workspace.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
