Trustee Services Administrator (Wills and Estates)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Trustee Services Administrator to join our Wills and Estates team and assist with the administration of estates, wills, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
Key Accountabilities:
1. Maintaining wills and LPA databases
2. Sending emails and letters to beneficiaries and co-executors
3. Raising invoices and taking fees
4. Monitoring the shared mailbox for tasks and general queries
5. Making distributions to the beneficiaries
6. Liaising with other teams within the business on new business
7. Reconciliation of estate accounts
8. Preparing draft wills
9. Drafting LPAs
10. Creation of tax certificates
11. Liaising with the Tax team and providing them with information
12. Other administration of estates and wills as needed

Candidate Profile:
1. Will have previous administration experience
2. Will have strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with sensitive family situations
3. Will be a diligent and thorough individual, capable of working unsupervised
4. The ability to prioritise work and be organised
5. Will have an interest in developing knowledge in estates and trusts administration
6. Basic knowledge of wills and estates law, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and accounting principles would be advantageous
Contractual Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
