About the Role
Duties
12. Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on property to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
13. Park and retrieve guest cars to and from designated areas.
14. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
15. Assist with loading/unloading, storage, retrieval and transportation of guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
16. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
Skills & Experience
17. Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
18. I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
19. Unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence
20. Comprehensive knowledge of local area
21. Passion for customer service
22. Unrestricted working rights for Australia
