As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeManaging several key corporate clientsProviding an exceptional level of client serviceContributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate businessManage daily client enquiries pertaining to their risk and insurance programs, including claims (noting you will have the support of a local legally trained claims team for complex claims)Identifying development opportunities for your designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutionsAchieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new businessWorking with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the clientProviding leadership and mentorship to support staffSkills and experience that will lead to successTo be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients.
Key requirements include:Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilitiesExtensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clients as a broker, underwriter or insurance managerStrong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutionsExperience in handling large claimsExcellent cross selling abilitiesExperience dealing with global insurance market centres including Lloyd'sA high level of understanding of client profitabilityA keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business developmentExceptional and pro-active client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clientsDemonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point productsA high degree of resilience and an outcome focused approach.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
