Working extensively with Youturn's National Leadership Team, this role will deliver on Youturn's strategic priorities by managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering stakeholder relationships, and ensuring excellence in service delivery and governance.This position will be based in Wollongong with hybrid work options available.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Youturn's service delivery across a range of programs in New South Wales.Establish and deliver operational priorities and initiatives in alignment with Youturn's Strategic Plan.Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, statutory partners, consortia, and community stakeholders.Provide direct line management, supervision, and support to staff across Youturn programs.Ensure program and project deliverables meet contractual requirements and service expectations.Promote continuous improvement through effective governance and policy development.Contribute to a positive workplace culture that reflects Youturn's values of support, inclusivity, and collaboration.Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary qualifications in a clinical field.Ability to set clear expectations and create a culture of performance, accountability, and cohesive team functioning.Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, providing effective supervision and support.Demonstrated budgeting and financial reporting acumen, with the ability to manage financial aspects of service delivery.Proven ability to manage contract negotiations, delivery, and reporting in line with service agreements.Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders to positively influence outcomes.Strong aptitude in resolving employee, client, or stakeholder concerns or conflicts with a focus on positive outcomes.Excellent management skills, with experience managing governance and meeting structures effectively.Strong stakeholder management, with established networks across Local, State, and Federal Government.Knowledge of government policies, Acts, and legislation relevant to Youturn services.Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive clinical innovation and service improvements.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.A current 'C' class driver licence and eligibility for a Blue Card/Working with Children Check.Full registration with AHPRA or AASW membership.We care about you!
