Skillforce Recruitment have an amazing opportunity with one of our valued clients based in Canningvale. The role on office is for a Business Administrator in a temp to perm role. Our Client is a very well established company and are happy to meet with candidates that are interested in the opportunity .
About Your New Role
1. Administration and Manufacturing Support, Mirror physical workshop activities in the system, Enter data for parts, materials, processes, and orders, Maximize office productivity using software applications, Maintain filing systems and perform administrative duties, Ensure compliance with the Quality Manual for Business Administration activities
2. Warehouse Support, Stock & Inventory Management, Manage daily administrative operations, Oversee import/export activities for the bonded warehouse, Manage stock levels, including re-orders and customer orders, Handle parts, materials, and labor for service orders and manufacturing jobs, Process shipments promptly and maintain Bill of Materials, Support records management and assist in day-to-day operations
3. Customer Support, Act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors
- Obtain quotes for valves, parts, and materials, Manage freight forward requirements
4. Other Key Activities, Support remote accounting functions, Process delivery dockets, Ensure processes are monitored and controlled for timely production, Support end-of-month reporting.
