Job Description
o Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
o Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
o Organise and maintain the reception area.
o Perform administrative tasks.
o Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.
o Assist with event planning and coordination.
o Uphold the organisation's values and contribute to a positive culture.
o Provide support to the broader secretarial and business support team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o A proactive approach to problem-solving.
o Strong organisational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o A commitment to promoting and supporting community health.
o Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
o No reception experience required.
