As part of their ongoing professional development, Clinical Nurses continue to build their expertise while contributing to the advancement of others within the healthcare team.As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1) in a community health service setting, you will provide comprehensive nursing and/or midwifery services, developing from a novice practitioner to a proficient professional.
You will work alongside a supportive team, continually building your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and practical experience.At this level, you will take accountability for your own standards of care and ensure that the activities delegated to others are carried out with excellence.

RN/M1 Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
