In this role, you are expected to:
The Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions Operations is a senior management level position responsible for overseeing a team to support clients in cash account management, funds movement, intra-day funds management, and compliance in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team.
The objective is to ensure seamless delivery of high-volume cash management and transaction services.
Actively engage with TTS business and other functions to provide strategic direction from a TTS Operations perspective, prioritizing technology innovation and maintaining a focus on high-quality operational support and customer services.
Responsibilities include: Oversee the Cash and Trade Operations/Transaction Services team.Resolve complex issues with substantial potential impact.Champion digitization initiatives.Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.Enhance the risk and control environment for processes.Keep abreast of regulatory and industry changes. As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills: 10+ years of experience in a related role.Good negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in trade/cash operations and management in the banking industry.Robust strategic leadership and people management skills.Consistent clear and concise communication skills.
