Work Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM UK, Monday to Friday
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Principle VA, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment projects for our clients.
Role Objective:
To provide sourcing (linkedin) and back office support including creating sequences, CRM and inbox management across both business divisions.
Responsibilities:
• LinkedIn searching using Sales Navigator
• Managing Sequences (HeyReach & Source Whale)
• Manage data integrity/cleanse and clean systems
• Create advertisements
• Data mapping & finding contacts
• Bright & organised with good time management
• Oversee key parts of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to continuously enhance the delivery of recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain internal processes, tools, and systems to streamline recruitment operations and ensure a consistent and seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align recruitment efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors educated
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for contacts will be beneficial
• CRM experience (Bullhorn or Invenias) will be hugely beneficial
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
