Top-shelf Industrial Space.About The RoleAs the Senior Project Manager, you'll take on a key role in delivering several multimillion-dollar industrial projects across Bathurst and Regional areas, with even more exciting ventures in the pipeline!
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality projects, managing resources, timelines, and client relationships.
Based in our Bathurst or Sydney office, you will oversee the execution of large-scale developments, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesOutline project scope, allocate resources efficiently, and set achievable deadlines across several projectsCreate comprehensive project plans and track progressMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and teams to provide timely updatesLead and manage teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and quality standardsIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptionsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and enforce adherence to all safety protocolsGenerate regular progress reports for both internal and external stakeholdersAbout YouYou will be a meticulous and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects.
You will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams, make strategic decisions, and foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.
