We're looking for a strong Commis Chef or Demi Chef who can hit the ground running. Being able to work autonomously and being organised will be key to being successful in this role. Having a passion for good food is essential and being driven to grow and learn is ideal.

You will be involved in the following:
1. Daily operations of food preparation.
2. Assisting in the stock control of the kitchen.
3. Leading and motivating all Junior chefs and staff.

1. 1+ years experience in a similar fast-paced venue in a similar role.
2. Hardworking and enthusiastic.
