Our client is a successful and growing Insurance Broker based in the North Shore. They have a fun and flexible work culture and have demonstrated a willingness to train and develop individuals who are determined to build a successful career in Commercial Insurance.
They are currently recruiting an Account Broker to work alongside an experienced Account Manager.
These roles are primarily responsible for assisting the day to day running of a portfolio of mid market clients across various industries and providing commercial insurance solutions to them. They will be involved in providing the highest level of service to clients as well as negotiating terms and placing business with underwriters.
Ideally we are seeking candidates with 2-3 years general insurance experience preferably from an insurance broking, underwriting or claims background and exceptional client service skills. Additionally the role requires all candidates to have a high attention to detail and an ability to stay organised.
