About the Role This is a 12-month fixed term (possibility of extension) Senior HR Business Partner role, where you will act as a strategic partner to a client group including members of ELT by: Partnering to improve organisational effectiveness to foster a culture of performance and accountability across a complete function and/or directorate with potential reach across the full organisation; Providing timely specialist, strategic human resource advice that enables the early identification and resolution of complex and/or systemic people issues; Providing consultancy advice to develop and execute contemporary integrated strategies and initiatives, commercially focused human resource solutions that build management capability and support each client group's unique business needs and objectives and the broader People & Culture work program. What you will need to Succeed To be successful in this position, you will have: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field; Proven experience in a Senior HR generalist role within a complex and dynamic industrialised environment; Experience in Case Management of complex Employee Relation Matters and Grievances with the ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes; Proven facilitation skills in coaching and influencing senior leaders and senior leadership teams to achieve outcomes with competing priorities; Ability to drive improved business performance through strategic and integrated HR solutions; A post graduate qualification in HR would also be highly regarded.
