This multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation made up of 20 clinicians based near Varsity Lakes, is seeking a strong Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join their organisation!
Full time role available - caseload & setting tailored to your preference!

About the role:
As a leader, you'll mentor and support a team of 15 Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering their professional growth. You will oversee the team's adherence to best practices while maintaining a small caseload to enhance both client care and team performance. By providing clinical supervision and guidance, you'll help staff develop confidence and refine their skills.
You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders to ensure integrated care and continuously improve service delivery through innovative practices. Your in-depth knowledge of the NDIS will be crucial in guiding the team and delivering tailored services for clients.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* In-depth knowledge of the NDIS and experience working within its framework
* AHPRA registration
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Drivers licence and own vehicle
