Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our long standing client to recruit an Office Administrator on a permanent, full time basis. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
3. Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders for appointments.
4. Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
5. Ensure confidential information is handled and stored securely.
6. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
7. Manage and maintain office supplies.
8. Order and restock supplies as needed.
9. Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
10. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
11. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
12. Manage office budget and expenses.
