Join our team as an Advertising Inventory Specialist on a 6 month Parental leave contract. Your core responsibility will be to analyse fluctuations across different platforms, products, channels and content providers to ensure Foxtel Media is maximising sell through. You will be tasked to forecast and review ad opportunities and optimise inventory utilisation through direct buys and programmatic demand sources. The objective is to provide accurate forecast, siphon inventory to demand sources to convert inventory into revenue.
7. Analyse ad behaviour and site inventory fluctuations across difference devices, channels and content providers
8. Run forecast, reserve inventory and approval campaign avails check for revenue retention purpose
9. Define & siphon inventory to multiple programmatic demand sources ensuring inventory are fully utilised and driving revenue growth
10. Work closely with Senior Campaign Managers and Programmatic Ops Executive to ensure campaign deliveries and provide recommendations and efficient supports to assist in improving client satisfaction
11. Act as the inventory conversion person in onboarding new content providers to ensure promised ad opportunities are trackable and implemented correctly to maximise utilisation
12. Working closely with the Product Team and Partnerships Team to develop and implement tech changes and solutions to increase ad opportunities across programmatic sources and direct sold pipelines
13. Drive inventory conversion growth by identify, scoping and planning cross-sell product recommendations from an inventory perspective
Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For
14. Strong administrative, mathematical & analytical and problem-solving skills
15. 1+ year of working experience in the online digital industry and/or in analytical roles
16. Advanced in Excel
17. Knowledge in digital campaign management and inventory forecasting
18. If you have experience in Programmatic Trading & using Google Ad Manager that’s would great, but not a requirement
