In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support across a variety of functions, including facility support, finance, and general administrative tasks.Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of student accommodation. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing logistics, and ensuring adherence to high standards of efficiency and quality.Key responsibilities will include:Provide high-level administrative support to the Facility Coordinator, assisting with operational needs and overseeing financial administration within the Rural Clinical School.Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, process reimbursement claims, student accommodation payments, and assist with asset management and procurement tasks.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance on policies and procedures, and covering duties of the RCS Finance Officer during leave to ensure smooth operations.This can be based in Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Bundaberg or Hervey Bay Clinical Unit, and reports to the Facility Coordinator.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.
