About the Role:
As the HR Administrator at Qscan, you are pivotal to the HR team delivering outstanding service to new, current and prospective employees and contractors through your accurate and efficient administration of our HR process.
This position is offered as a 6 month contract, working full time hours in the Clayfield office. Potential for extension is available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the HR email inbox
* Processing employment documentation such as contracts and variations.
* Administering HR systems and processes
* Coordinating employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding
* Preparing HR reports
* Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee records and the electronic filing system
* Providing administrative support for HR-led initiatives such as our reward and recognition programs.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a service-oriented and results-driven professional with administrative experience;
* Experience: Administration experience, preferably high volume where accuracy was essential. Previous HR experience is advantageous.
* Skills: Exceptional time management; proven ability to edit; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Continuous Improvement: Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to challenge the status quo and identify process improvements.
* Qualifications: Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business is desirable.
* Software Expertise: Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) is essential. Experience with Smartsheets, Adobe and Ichris are advantageous.
